Overview

eBalie / eDesk Customs users can subscribe to be automatically notified on specific events occuring on the cargo they have declared. The service is available for all types of export declarations and the pre-announcements of NCTS transit declarations, for containerized and ro/ro cargo.

Companies can subscribe to receive up to 3 event types:

• Arrival of a container or ro/ro cargo at the terminal
• Departure of a container or ro/ro cargo from the terminal
• Exit confirmation (goods have left the EU) by the Customs Authorities (for export declarations only)

Notifications can be received via e-mail or or as XML through SOAP/REST webservice.

Data providers

The information of the eBalie+ Notification service is provided by C-Point. It returns information to users of the eBalie/eDesk application for container and RoRo data that was earlier provided for export transactions.
