Service users

This is a service for shipping agents, provided by Port+.

The prepared Export Manifest is visualized in the C-Point centric tool, linked to the NxtPort platform and based on COARRI/load-messages combined with the Customs Status from e-Desk. The shipping agent can validate/update the content of the Export Manifest and submit it to Customs. The Customs Response will be visualized in the same tool. 
 
If other EU countries will apply IE547 we will re-use this service by aligning the same relevant data sources available in the specific country.

Use this service

In order to start using this service, please follow the next steps: 

• Register on the NxtPort platform (Click here if you not already have done so)
• Login with your NxtPort account as the entity admin
• Complete the subscription form (only available after login)
• After validation of your registration, you will be contacted and receive the necessary information and steps to proceed.

Data providers

Various data sources are combined to automate this Export Manifest service.

For dedicated container and RORO terminals:

• Terminal load confirmations (COARRI/Load-message)
• Customs status of the goods (e-Desk)

As a terminal operator, you can participate in this use case by delivering the load confirmations to the NxtPort platform. You can provide this data via your preferred communication means and in the message format of choice, NxtPort ensures a harmonization of the data set.

Developers

The tool provided by Port+ to automatically generate the Export Manifest, including the possibility to alter the information, does not require any IT-integration.
