Data users

The INTTRA Ocean Schedules API is interesting for:

• Forwarders or other companies importing or exporting containers
• Shippers or importers
• Any other Beneficial Cargo Owners

The API provides timetables with maritime carrying possibilities between any (combination of) origin and destination ports. This can improve your planning of shipments within the supply chain.

In order to use the API

• Register on the NxtPort platform (if you have not already done so).
• As your entity admin, subscribe to the API by clicking the subscribe button on this page and select the corresponding plan.
• You will be contacted with additional information related to the corresponding pricing grid.

Data providers

Inttra is the owner of the information returned in the API and maintains the accuracy of the data. NxtPort provides data-users the supports the integrating and contracting with Inttra through its data platform. Should you encounter problems during or after the integration, you can contact NxtPort support.

Application developer

This API is a direct access API.

This means that the data is not under specific sharing control and that there is no need to implement a full authentication flow. The only thing you need is an API key to add to the header of your API call. You can get that key by subscribing to the API. API usage is metered and billed based on this API key. If usage should be billed to the users of your application, you should ask those users to bring their own key.
