About NxtPort

NxtPort is building the next digital link in the digital port infrastructure of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. We are creating digital platforms to make the port faster, safer and more efficient. Our partnership with the Port of Antwerp-Bruges port authority and the business community provides a unique background to deliver key functionality to support digital transformation for the port logistics processes. Our aim is to deliver services, solutions and expertise relevant to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges business ecosystem.

Your challenge

• You consult with the product owner and map out the business requirements of our partners
• You take initiative and proactively look for solutions
• You list possible scenarios together with our team and the stakeholders and examine the pros and cons
• You look for feasible solutions together with the team, which you work out clearly and completely
• You translate the business requirements into a detailed analysis
• You participate in dynamic team

Your profile

• You preferably have a master's degree or you are equivalent through experience.
• Relevant experience with digital transformation and analysis in an IT context is a plus
• You have strong analytical skills and you work accurately and in a solution-oriented way. You can analyze problems and describe needs, model business processes and clearly document them
• You have strong communication skills and you take on a connecting role between the business and the development teams.
• You are a team player and you function optimally in a dynamic context
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum is a plus
