About NxtPort

NxtPort is building the next digital link in the digital port infrastructure of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. We are creating digital platforms to make the port faster, safer and more efficient. Our partnership with the Port of Antwerp-Bruges port authority and the business community provides a unique background to deliver key functionality to support digital transformation for the port logistics processes. Our aim is to deliver services, solutions and expertise relevant to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges business ecosystem.

Your challenge

• You are the NxtPort point of contact for our service partners and you ensure good communication between all parties involved.
• You take the initiative and look for efficient solutions together with the stakeholders
• You offer our partners tailor-made support and guide them through the onboarding and digital transformation process
• You look for solutions to the problems raised by our service partners together with the development team
• You follow-up on the progress change requests
• You know how to inspire and to consult with our partners
• You are in close contact with the NxtPort team
• You proactively identify possible risks and show commitment to defuse and resolve difficult discussions

Your profile

• You preferably have a master's degree or are equivalent through experience
• You excel in customer relationship management
• You take initiative and you are a team player
• You have an affinity for IT processes and you contribute ideas to solutions
• Relevant work experience in digital transformation, project management or stakeholder management is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile and scrum are a plus
